# Let's begin

So in this article I will only teach the basics of Super Slow Motion Velocity Montages and that to without any plugin (but using twixtor plugin will give you better results) so we will use optical flow method in time interpolation settings

# Follow these Steps

1) Import Your Clip into the Sequence
2) Right Click Your Clip and you will see various options!
3) Click on Scale to Frame Size to make sure your clip Fits Perfectly into the Sequence.
4) Now We Will Apply Smooth Slow Motion to this Clip
5) Make Sure You Record Your Clip in 60+ Frame Rates Otherwise you will notice warping which looks bad
6) Now again right click the clip
7) Now Go to Speed / Duration
8) From Here you can adjust the speed of your clip
9) You can go upto 1% speed which means you can slow your clip to 100 times your original one.
10) But if you do so Premiere Pro will just repeat the frame and it will look like your clip is lagging and that is not we want. We want Smooth Slow Motion.
11) So, to avoid this click on time interpolation and select Optical Flow instead of Frame Sampling.
12) Now click on OK, You will notice a red bar above your clip this means your clip needs to be rendered. So Click on Sequence Menu and Click on Render in to Out It will Take some Time According to Your Clip Size and Your PC Specifications.
13) BOOM! You are done! You made a Super Slow Mo Clip!
